How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Popdiscovery Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Popdiscovery Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Problem Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Popdiscovery Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@popdiscovery.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like from us
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also be able to help.
